From Thought to Meaning: How Opinions Shape Our Ethics and Life Path

Our opinions shape our reality, guiding our decisions, relationships, and ethical stance. But how do we develop the ability to form, refine, and challenge opinions with integrity and self-awareness?

This 5-day online workshop, grounded in the Bodynamic framework, offers a deep dive into the developmental and somatic aspects of opinion formation.

By Participating, You Will:

  • Develop skills in holistic understanding and argumentation
  • Investigate the integration of personal values into ethical decision-making
  • Explore the role of symbolic thinking
  • Practice movement-based exercises to enhance cognitive flexibility and embodiment of beliefs

Through an engaging mix of theory, dialogue, and both somatic and cognitive exercises, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to refine how we think, express, and live our values.
