Goals give structure, clarity, and purpose. They help you focus your energy and make choices that align with your values and desires. Whether big or small, goals give you something to reach toward—something that reflects you, not just your past or surroundings.
When you set goals, you also get to discover who you are:
- What do I really want?
- What matters to me?
- What is worth working for?
And with that clarity, even challenges become meaningful. Because you’re not just surviving—you’re growing. You’re moving forward with intention.
In short, setting goals helps you live by choice, not by chance.
About the Workshop
This 3-day educational and experiential Bodynamic training will guide you in discovering how to create and pursue goals that truly match you—your body, your psychology, your values, and your energy.
You will explore:
- The psychology behind setting and reaching goals
- Which muscles and ego functions support direction, motivation, and persistence—and how to activate them
- How to recognize your own needs, values, and wishes—those that fit your unique self
- What internal and external forces can help—or block—you
- And how to access the mindset and energy needed to take real steps toward the life you want
At the end of the workshop, all participants will receive a digital Certificate of Participation from Bodynamic.
Participants who attend the full workshop live will also receive a certificate for 1 hour of Bodynamic supervision credit.

Your Trainer – Kristina V. Marcher (Netherlands)
Kristina V. Marcher is a skilled Bodynamic trainer, therapist, and author with a passion for empowering people through the wisdom of the body.
She has years of experience in individual therapy, Full Bodymaps diagnostics, and teaching in Bodynamic’s Foundation Trainings, Masterclasses, and workshops. As coordinator of Bodynamic trainings in the Netherlands, Kristina also designs and leads her own courses in Rotterdam, applying body-oriented psychology to diverse themes.
Her work is enriched by a background in Pedagogy, Psychology at Erasmus University, and extensive training in Gestalt Therapy, Rebirthing, and Psychoanalysis. She is fluent in English, Dutch, Lithuanian, and Russian, and is known for creating safe, engaging spaces for growth across cultures.
Kristina is also the author of Bodynamic Self-Care for Caregivers, offering practical tools to prevent burnout and build resilience. Whether in the classroom, therapy room, or community, she is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner resources and thrive.
